Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreamVault streaming service, website, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by StreamVault Pte Ltd ("StreamVault", "we", "us").

Account Registration: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Subscription and Billing: Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in SGD and include applicable GST. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Refunds are provided only as required by Singapore law.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: sharing your account credentials, downloading content for redistribution, using automated tools to access the Service, or violating any applicable laws. StreamVault reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property: All content available through the Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. Downloading content for offline viewing is permitted within the app and subject to expiration rules.

Limitation of Liability: StreamVault provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via email or through the Service.

Risk Disclosure

StreamVault provides a subscription-based video streaming service. While we strive to deliver the highest quality experience, the following risk factors should be considered:

Service Availability: Although we maintain a 99.9% uptime target, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, internet infrastructure issues, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

Content Availability: Our content library is subject to licensing agreements that may change over time. Titles may be added or removed without prior notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific title or category.

Streaming Quality: Actual streaming quality depends on your internet connection speed, device capabilities, and network conditions. 4K HDR streaming requires a compatible device and a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.

No Guarantee of Results: StreamVault makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to entertainment value, user satisfaction, or time savings. Individual experiences may vary. Past performance or reviews do not guarantee future results.
